Job 12:15-17

¹⁵ “Behold, He ^(A)restrains the waters, and they dry up;
And He ^(B)sends them out, and they ^[a]inundate the earth.
¹⁶ “With Him are strength and sound wisdom,
The ^(C)misled and the misleader belong to Him.
¹⁷ “He makes ^(D)counselors walk ^[b]barefoot
And makes fools of ^(E)judges.
